Randi Tepper is the Chief Executive Officer of The Tepper Foundation , as well as a Board Member, where she leads a passionate team working to expand equity and opportunity. Randi has dedicated her career to public service, beginning with her role as an early childhood educator at a nonprofit school and continuing as a project manager for Zearn and Chief Operating Officer for the New Jersey Pandemic Relief Fund. She currently serves as a Board Member at Blue Meridian Partners.
