Randi Tepper

Randi Tepper is the Chief Executive Officer of The Tepper Foundation, where she leads the Foundation’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations. Since joining her family’s foundation in 2020, Randi has built on the decades of philanthropy led by her father, David Tepper, further expanding into new areas of giving and growing the Foundation’s staff.

Under her leadership, the Foundation’s annual grantmaking has tripled to nearly $90 million, supporting efforts in food security, disaster response, anti-hate initiatives, and other areas. Working closely with the board, Randi has led the team in creating systems for the Foundation's long-term growth.

Prior to joining The Tepper Foundation, she was Chief Operating Officer of the New Jersey Pandemic Relief Fund. Randi began her career as a Corps Member for Teach for America in New York. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Emory University and a master’s degree from Relay Graduate School of Education. Randi currently serves on the board of Blue Meridian Partners.
