Teresa Power is the Director of Grantmaking Operations at The Tepper Foundation where she leads operational strategy and cross-functional systems that support the Foundation’s grantmaking. Drawing on more than 15 years in philanthropy and social impact, Teresa brings deep experience partnering with nonprofits and institutional funders to build effective processes, strengthen organizational capacity, and support high-impact investments at scale.
